  • A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property by guests up to $3000. It does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful or wanton conduct, or damages caused by pets.
  • Pool heating is optional and costs $70.20 per day. If the home is equipped with a spa or hot tub, the heating cost is included in the rental amount year-round.
  • For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap is determined as presented in your rental agreement.
